FULK RURAL HALL - Mrs. Ethel Magdaline Holt Fulk passed away Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1940 in Surry County to the late Lillie Mae Jones Holt and Hallet Oscar Holt. Mrs. Fulk retired from Sara Lee in 2003 with 45 years of service and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Germanton. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fulk was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Fulk; sister, Kathleen; and two brothers, Frank and Bill. Surviving are her daughter, Misty Fulk of Charlotte; niece, Kathy Holt of Rural Hall; great niece, Charlene Holt of Rural Hall; great great nephew, Jamie Holt of Rural Hall; nephews, Greg Cranford of New York, NY and Don Sims of Rockdale, TX; grand-dog, Hershey and grand-cat, Pumpkin; also many other extended family members and friends. A Funeral Service will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, March 20 at Friendship Baptist Church, 1352 S. Friendship Road, Germanton , NC 27019 with the Rev. Todd Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 at the church prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. (Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall)
