Mrs. Ernestine ""Sue"" Elizabeth Reutter White, 91, of Bermuda Village and formerly of Clemmons, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010 at Bermuda Village Retirement Center. She was born on July 9, 1919 to Charles Ernest and Mildred Louise Meadows. Mrs. White was born and raised in Rye, NY. She graduated from The Ethel Walker School and then attended Bennington College. She moved to New York City after her college graduation and did research work on antibiotics and infectious diseases at Welfare Hospital. Mrs. White was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Newell White, and a brother, Charles Reutter. She is survived by four children, Charles Parker and wife Shelley, R. Douglas Parker and wife Terry, Pamela Morton and husband Rick, and Patricia Kiser and husband Joe; seven grandchildren, Laura Partridge, Eric Parker, Isaac and Aaron Hinson, and Casey, Jesse, and Chelsea Kiser; and seven great grandchildren.
