Ernest Weatherman

Ernest “Ernie” Roy Weatherman of Lewisville, NC, went to be with the Lord on May 25. Ernie was born on May 7, 1975, in Winston-Salem, NC to Douglas and Patricia Weatherman. He graduated from West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, NC. Ernie was a carpenter and entrepreneur by trade. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. His passions also included horses, boating, grilling and socializing with friends and family. He will always be remembered for having a powerful zest for life. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Doris Crowder; paternal grandparents, Ernest and Euna Mae Weatherman; uncles, McKinley Weatherman and Sherrell Crowder; aunts, Murrell Hughes and Wanda Weatherman; and cousin, Charles G. Crowder. He is survived by his parents Douglas and Patricia Weatherman; loving wife, Kristi Weatherman; stepchildren, Sara and Joshua Terrell; sister, Pamela (Troy) Donahue; niece, Carol (Joshua) Mann; and nephew, Scott Lawhon. In addition, he is survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 11 A.M. at West Bend Baptist Church 9090 Shallowford Rd in Lewisville, NC. The family requests that a white shirt be worn by all who wish to attend.
