Emma Geneva Hammock Biby

KERNERSVILLE-Emma Geneva Hammock Biby, 88, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation. She was born January 11, 1922 in Forsyth Co. to the late Elmer and Beatrice Disher Hammock. Mrs. Biby was a member of Oak Grove Moravian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Anderson Biby; and her brother, Clarence Hammock. Surviving are her son, Robert Wayne Biby and wife, Louise of Walkertown; her daughter, Hope Sell and husband, Danny of Belews Creek; three grandchildren, Sharon Biby of Greensboro, Sherri Worrell (Shawn), and Amber Wall (Scott) all of Kernersville ; five great-grandchildren, a sister, Dura Davis of Raleigh; and one brother, Maynard Hammock of Winston Salem. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, April 16, 2010 at Oak Grove Moravian Church with Pastor Matthew Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
