Ella Mae Walsh Huffman

Ella Mae Walsh Huffman 88, of Winston-Salem, passed away Saturday April 30, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice and Palliative Care Center. She was born in Wilkes County on November 30, 1927 to Glenn Cyrus and Gladys Phillips Walsh. She was a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church and was retired from Life and Casualty Insurance Company. Mrs. Huffman was preceded in death by her husband, George Saylor Huffman. She is survived by a son Jerry Rhymer, a step-son William Huffman, a step-daughter Jo Foster, two grandchildren Larry Rhymer and Tammy Rhymer, four great-grandchildren Eric Rhymer, Missty Brogdon, Krystal Miraglia, and Brandy Wetterhahn. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem with Pastor Pat Marion officiating.
