Ella Mae Shue Boone

Boone Mrs. Ella Mae Shue Boone age 81 of Winston-Salem passed away Thursday February 4, 2010 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Mrs. Boone was born April 6, 1928 in Davidson County to Dewey Ransom Shue and Mary Hopkins Shue. She enjoyed working for Sam's Club for several years. Mrs. Boone was preceded in death by her husband Archie Kelly Boone; one son Billy Lee Lail; one step-son Tommy Boone; one sister Ruby Friend and one Brother Billy Shue. Surviving are three daughters, Peggy B. Collins of Winston-Salem, Jean Nester of Mooresville, and Wanda Southern (Harlan) of Mocksville; three sons Larry E. Lail ( Renae), Danny T. Lail ( Faye) and Gary W. Lail all of Winston-Salem; one brother Jackie Lee Shue of Florida, and a sister Edith S. Weaver of Taylorsville, eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Monday February 8, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM Sunday at the funeral home.The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of the Kate B.
