Elizabeth Ann Foster

WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Ms. Elizabeth Ann Foster, 67, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Elizabeth was born on January 17, 1948 in Forsyth County, NC to Guy Henry and Gladys Burton Foster. She was employed with Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for more than 25 years. In addition to her parents, Ms. Foster is preceded in death by a brother, David Foster. She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Whisenhunt Bono of Lexington, NC, Tina Townsend of Advance, NC; a son, Scott Whisenhunt of Winston-Salem, NC; three grandchildren, Kayla Whisenhunt, Madison and Gavin Townsend; three brothers, Brian Foster (Bobbi) of King, NC, Jeff Foster (Robin) of Lexington, NC, and Mike Foster (Lisa) of Winston-Salem, NC; four nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Dustin, Ashley, and Kevin; and one great niece, Hailey. A funeral service for Ms. Foster will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Konnoak Baptist Church with Pastor John Bishop officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kate B.
