Edwin J. Titsworth

Mr. Edwin ""Ted"" Johnson Titsworth, 93, of Bermuda Run passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at his home. He was born December 25, 1918 in New York to Ferdinand and Mildred Johnson Titsworth. Mr. Titsworth was a graduate of Amherst College. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Montgomery Titsworth and a daughter, Tracy T. Moore. Surviving are a daughter, Carolyn Slavin and husband Jeff of Knoxville, TN; a son, Edwin Johnson Titsworth, Jr. and companion Lisa Bacques of New Orleans, LA; four grandchildren, Abby, Jenelle, Kristi and Kelly and two great grandchildren, Alexandra and Rosalyn. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012 at St. Clement's Episcopal Church in Clemmons with Rev. Jamie E. L'Enfant officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Memorial Garden, in which Ted founded. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Clement's Episcopal Church Memorial Garden, PO Box 1547, Clemmons, NC 27012.
