Edward Lindon

Mr. Edward Bland Lindon, 86, passed away Thursday February 16, 2023. He was born September 3, 1936 to the late Nathan Wilson Lindon and Ruth Tuttle Lindon in Forsyth County. Edward proudly served his country in the United States Air Force where he would begin a lifelong passion for electrical work and mechanics. He enjoyed gardening, learning and sharing history with his grandson, had a love for aviation, and always had to have the latest and greatest technology. He is survived by his loving wife of Sixty years, Ella Walters Lindon, his son; Nathan Henry Lindon (Samantha), his grandson; Garrett Michael Lindon, a brother; Wilson Lindon, and a sister Marilyn Frucela (David). A funeral service will be conducted 3:00 PM Sunday February 26, 2023 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Rev. Don Murray officiating. Burial will follow at Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive 2:00PM to 2:45 Pm prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
