Edna Troy Smith

Mrs. Edna Alice Smith, 84, of Bermuda Run passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at her home. She was born November 29, 1930 in Manhattan, NY to William and Lillian Whalen Troy. Mrs. Smith was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceding her in death were her parents; a son, Joseph C. Smith; a daughter, Laura M. O'Sullivan; five sisters and a great granddaughter, Layla Rhys Savitsky-Hohf. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Joseph Thomas Smith; a daughter, Ellen M. Hohf of Bermuda Run; eight grandchildren; one great grandson and a brother, William Troy of New York. A funeral mass will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Michael Buttner officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel.
