Edna 'Neal' Westmoreland Watts Foy

Edna ""Neal"" Westmoreland Watts Foy, of 2121 School Street in Winston-Salem, and recently of Reynolda Park Assisted Living Center died on March 22, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Center. Neal Foy lived a long and happy life surrounded by family and a multitude of friends. Her love, caring and keen wit were ever present and have left us all with a smile. Neal Foy was born in Forsyth County and was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry M. Watts and Robert D. Foy and her son John F. Watts. Surviving are her son Ronald M. Watts and wife Linda of Shallotte, NC, daughter June Watts-Mistri and husband Adi Mistri of Charlotte, NC and daughter-in-law Sharon C. Watts of King, NC, step children Jerry Coleman of Ohio and Robert Foy, Jr. of Canada. Her grandchildren are Sean Watts, Amiee Watts, J.J. Watts, Caleb Watts, Benjamin Watts, Alex Mistri and Julie Hobson as well as two great grandchildren Dylan Mistri and Ariellayahanna Lawrence. A memorial service will be held at Providence Moravian Church on April 4, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Arkon Stewart officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Center in Winston-Salem.
