Edgar Lassiter Baugham, Jr.

KERNERSVILLE-Edgar Lassiter Baugham, Jr., 72, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014.
He was born March 6, 1942 in Rocky Mount to the late Edgar Lassiter Baugham, Sr. and Ruby Bell Baugham.

Mr. Baugham was employed by Super X and CVS as a pharmacist. He was a supporter of the Jimmy V. Foundation and was an avid Tar Heel fan. Edgar was known to many that knew him as ""Mr. Ed"".

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Edgar Lassiter Baugham, III.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Evelyn Johnson Baugham; daughter, Shelee Taylor and husband, Eddie; sister, Mary Ogie Ennis and husband, Harvey; grandchildren, Darris and Alicia Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Glenn View Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Gur Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
