Drusilla Goode Miller

MILLER
Mrs. Drusilla Goode Miller, 90, of Kernersville died Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living. She was born May 23, 1920 in Stanly County, the daughter of the late George P. and Earlie Angel Goode. Mrs. Miller was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church where she was a Daycare Worker until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest C. Miller, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Miller and wife, Jeanine of Casar and Bruce Miller and wife, Sue of Walkertown; two grandchildren, Angela Carpenter and husband, Larry and Jennifer OFerrell and husband, Jason; and four great grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family expresses their deepest gratitude for the wonderful caregivers at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living.
