Downa Lynn Rash

Mrs. Downa Lynn Rash, 50, of Clemmons, passed away at her residence on Wednesday , November 23, 2016. She was born on October 6, 1966 in Forsyth County to Buddy Walter and Kathleen Money Heath. Mrs. Rash was of the Baptist faith. She also loved Bowman Grey Stadium where she raced her # 20 car in the Stadium Stock Car bracket. She had a love of butterflies that she collected and cherished. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Crockett. She is survived by her loving husband Jack Rash of the home, four daughters Paula Morgan and husband Richard, Monica Cobbler and husband Chris, also Heather Heath and husband Ray Heath Jr., and Amanda Rash all of Winston Salem; two brothers Ray Heath and wife Kelly, and Tony Heath and wife Kathy all of Winston Salem; one sister Edith Bailey and husband Robert of Mocksville; two grandsons; and six granddaughters. A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Jim Rash officiating at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
