Douglas Fulk, Sr.

Douglas Raymond Fulk, Sr., 56, of Mocksville, N.C., passed away on April 21, 2021 after two decades of fighting kidney failure. Doug was born in Winston-Salem on July 27, 1964 and graduated from Parkland High School.

He is survived by the love of his life and sidekick of 29 years, Janice Holder; four children, Jamie Fulk, Douglas Fulk, Jr., Dylan Fulk and Chris Hendrix; and nine beautiful grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Grady Fulk; and one sister, Evelyn Pope.

Family was the most important accomplishment to Doug and he took pride in taking care of the people he loved. Whether it was Janice or his kids, his mother, his brother and sisters or nieces and nephews, everyone knew they could call on him no matter the situation or circumstance. He would always do everything in his power to help.

Doug will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
