Dorothy Munn Tuttle

Kernersville - Mrs. Dorothy Munn Tuttle, 86, went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2008 at her residence. She was born July 19, 1922 to the late Floyd A. and Novella Pagent Munn. Dorothy was a member of Kerwin Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 yrs. Luther Elijah Tuttle. Surviving are; a daughter, Diane Brown and husband Jim of Winston Salem, a son, Don Tuttle and wife Cathy of Yorba Linda, California, and five grandchildren, Jay Brown, Amber Riddle, Didget Tuttle, Lindsey Tuttle, Jared Brown, and four great grandchildren, Rylie Riddle, Quinn Riddle, Lanie Riddle, and Collin Brown. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday August 19, 2008 at Kerwin Baptist Church by Dr. Joe Myers. Entombment will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm Monday at Hayworth-Miller-Cain Funeral Home in Kernersville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Western Carolina Chapter -Alzheimer's Association, 1315 Ashleybrook Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
