Mrs. Dorothy Ann Moser Crater, 76, of Lewisville passed away Monday, August 2, 2010 at her home. She was born October 7, 1933 in Forsyth County to Robah H. and Hattie V. Lawrence Moser. Mrs. Crater was a lifelong member of South Fork Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the choir. She also enjoyed gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas E. Crater; a daughter; and a grandson. Surviving are two daughters, Vicki Allison of Lewisville and Tommye Mitchell of Boone; three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Wesley and Kyle; one great granddaughter, Jillian; and a special companion and pet, Pussy Willow. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 5 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory with the Rev. Jerry Laughter officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 4 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorials may be made to NC Triad Affiliate of Susan G.
