Dorothy Woosley Anderson

CLEMMONS- Mrs. Dorothy Woosley Anderson, 84, of Clemmons, NC, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at Clemmons Village. Mrs. Anderson was born on January 25, 1928 in Davidson County, NC to the late Berl and Elizabeth Woosley. Dorothy was a member of Vernon Forest Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. She was a manager in Tupperware Home Sales. Preceding Mrs. Anderson in death along with her parents is her husband, Charlie Henry Anderson. Surviving Mrs. Anderson are her daughter, Vicky Wilson of Myrtle Beach, SC; and two granddaughters, Lauren Phillis (Bradley) of Winston-Salem and Megan Stern (Paul) of Philadelphia, PA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Vernon Forest Baptist Church with Dr. Billy Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Vernon Forest Baptist Church.
