Donna Horn Latif

Mrs. Donna Lynn Horn Latif, 49, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on March 25, 1959 to Stuart William and Constance Lapusnik Horn. Mrs. Latif graduated from the University of Vermont in 1979 and was currently employed with Spectrum Laboratory at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro. She was a loving wife, mother, and daughter. Donna loved her four special cats. Surviving to cherish her memories is her husband of 29 years, David Latif of Mocksville; two sons, Bradley Latif and fianc郩 Jessica of Danby, Vermont and Todd Latif and fianc郩 Erika of Fort Pierce, Florida; her parents, Stuart and Constance Horn of Ormond Beach, Florida; brother, Randy Horn and wife Kim and her nephew, Jeremy Horn all of Holly Hill, Florida; father and mother-in-law, Francis and Lucy Latif of Bennington, Vermont; grandmother, Julia Lapusnik; also surviving are the Allen, Cryan, Reighley, and Latif families. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, February 12, 2009 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Father Brian Cook officiating.
