Donald Robertson

Mr. Donald Raeford Robertson, 87, formerly of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, FL. He was born on November 7, 1933 in Forsyth County to Bailey Daniel Robertson and Vesta Hudson Robertson. Mr. Robertson was a member of Urban Street Baptist Church and was self-employed as an owner of convenience stores and service stations. Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Mrs. Alice Fulp Robertson; his children, Dean Robertson (Karrie); Donna Caudle (Daryl); seven grandchildren, Lauren Robinson, Matthew Robertson, Tabitha Klepper, Morgan Graham, Haley Clark, Gillian Weindorf, Noel Caudle, four great-grandchildren and one brother, Colin “Zeke” Robertson. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to any hospice center or any charity of choice.
