Donald G. Englebright

Mr. Donald George Englebright, 84, of Bermuda Run, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 in his sleep with his loving wife Skippy at his side. He was born in Miami, FL on September 19, 1929 to Harry Raymond and Florence Troegel Englebright. Mr. Englebright was a lifelong member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers where he received a 65 year pin for his service. He was a hard worker who truly enjoyed helping others. Mr. Englebright was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Eva Melton. He is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Frances ""Skippy"" Englebright; four children, Diann Burgess (Joe) of Advance, Peggy Dufresne of Miami, FL, Richard Englebright (Terry) of Ocala, FL, and Susan Henry (Jay Abramson) of Ocala; seven grandchildren, W. Joe Burgess (Jodi) of Winston-Salem, Michelle Burgess Perkins (John) of Concord, Hallie Dufresne of Pasadena, CA, Kristy Englebright Taylor (Stephen) of Ocala, FL, Richard Englebright, Jr. of Orlando, FL, Jonathan Dufresne of Pasadena, CA, and Russell Henry of Ocala, FL; seven great-grandchildren; a brother Raymond Englebright of LaBelle, FL; and a sister, Emma Woods of Port St. Lucie, FL. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the Bermuda Village Chapel.
