Dolores Lucile Secamiglio

Secamiglio Dolores L. Secamiglio 88, passed away in the early morning hours on February 17, 2012 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Blanche Lewis of Plymouth, PA. Her husband David Secamiglio of Philadelphia, PA. Surviving are daughters Nancy Ryan of Havertown PA. and Alice Simmons of Winston-Salem. Grandchildren Doug Simmons of Winston-Salem, Natalie McSherry of Langhorne, PA. Carly Simmons of Charlotte, N.C. and Pam Caruso of Cinnaminson, NJ.
