Diane F. Ridings

Diane F. Ridings, 64, of Lewisville, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Diane was born August 1, 1949 in Forsyth County. She retired as a clerk at Bellsouth after 30 years of service. Since one of her greatest attributes was caring for others, Diane became a CNA after retirement and worked for Companion Care Group and Upper Level Home Care. In her free time, she loved sewing and embroidery. Diane always credited Alma ""Grandma"" Ridings as the greatest influence of her faith.

Diane is survived by husband, Jack Ridings, of the home; daughter, Selina Rodriguez and husband Juan of Midland, NC; son, Matt Ridings and wife Leisa of Winston-Salem; and grandchildren, Gracie Ridings and Katherine Ridings.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Westlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum in Clemmons with Pastor Daron Osborne officiating. The family will also hold a Celebration of Life on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Friends Baptist Church in Clemmons.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to their many neighbors and close friends for their support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kate B.
