Diane Smith Huffman

Mrs. Diane Smith Huffman, 62, of Winston-Salem died Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born April 17, 1954 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Robert Wilson and Ruth Holleman Smith. Mrs. Huffman was a member of Concord United Methodist Church in Lewisville and recently retired from Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System. She was a loving and attentive grandmother and a special aunt to her nephew, Robert Ingram. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Huffman. Survivors include her son, Jason Huffman (Dana Rickert); her grandson, Dean Huffman; her sister, Vickie Ingram (Phillip); her nephew, Robert Ingram; and her brother-in-law, Ronald Huffman (Regina). The family will receive friends at a reception Friday, May 13, 2016 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Concord United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Enrichment Center, 1006 Marshall Street, SW, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
