Dennis Lee Moore

Dennis Lee Moore, 51 of Winston-Salem passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Dennis was born August 15, 1959 of Henry Lee Moore and Wanda Styers Johnson. He was employed as Project Manager for Telics Corp. and loved to cook, especially for his family and friends. Dennis was preceded in death by his step father, Danny Johnson. Surviving to cherish his memory is his precious and loving daughter, Demi, the Crown Jewel of his life, his mother, Wanda Styers Johnson of Yadkinville, his father, Henry Moore of Winston-Salem, a brother, Randy Moore of Winston-Salem, a step brother, Ronnie Johnson of Winston-Salem, two step sisters, Gayle Norman and Joann Brown both of East Bend, NC, numerous nieces and nephews, and his cats, Stripper and Blackie The Family will receive friends from 6-7:00 pm Friday, April 29 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The Funeral Service will be conducted 7:00 pm Friday in the Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Lancaster officiating.""Some people lovelife and aspire to great accomplishments."" Dennis lived life to the fullest, and the numerous friends, especially Big Ed he left behind, will always cherish the moments they shared. Dennis was one of those unique individuals who never met a stranger, never ignored anyone in need and never stepped back from a challenge. To say he will be missed is an understatement.
