Dennis Jon Krizmanich

KERNERSVILLE - On Saturday, September 2, 2023, Dennis Jon Krizmanich passed away unexpectedly at the age of 69. He was born on June 2, 1954, to David and Frances Krizmanich in Kittanning, Pennsylvania.

After graduating from high school, Dennis served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He also worked as a volunteer fireman and retired from ACI Glass Manufacturer. Dennis was an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers and loved going to casinos. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing, listening to music, watching his favorites, Star Wars and The Three Stooges, on television, and making his family and friends laugh. As an organ donor, Dennis was able to fulfill his desire to help others one final time.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, David and Frances, and his sister, Francine Leard. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Teresa Krizmanich; his daughters, Tammy Clinard and husband, Allen, Tonya Vanchure and husband Kevin, and Robin Horton and husband Steve; his grandchildren, Carly Dillon, Kendall Clinard and fiancé Sadie Hamilton, Kyle Vanchure, Hope Horton, Tyler Clinard, Cameron Vanchure, Alex Clinard, and Connor Vanchure; his brothers, Dave and Kevin Krizmanich; his sisters, Claudia Yates and Kathy Delaney; as well as many additional nieces and nephews; and his special fur baby, Tinkerbell.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Randy Kiger officiating. The family will receive visitors from 1:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
