Dennis Lanier Cain

KERNERSVILLE-Dennis Lanier Cain, 49, passed away Monday, January 12, 2009 at his home. He was born July 19, 1959 in Forsyth Co. to Catherine Shaw Cain and the late Billy A. Cain. In addition to his mother, Catherine Cain of Wallburg, surviving are two sisters, Tonya Clodfelter, Delinda Torres and husband Adan all of Wallburg; three nieces, Sara Clodfelter, Jessica Torres, and Kayla Torres; one nephew, Adan Torres, Jr.; one great-nephew, Alizae Torres Hughes; aunts and uncles, Evon and Don Holder, Carol and Nancy Shaw, Betty Cain, Estelle Brown, and Ruth Jakeman. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Friday, January 16, 2009 at Mt. Gur Cemetery with the Rev. Glenn Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 pm Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Hayworth Miller Funeral Home Kernersville Chapel and at other times at the home of Tonya Clodfelter, 1155 N. Clodfelter Rd. High Point.
