Deloise Stanley McGlamery

Mrs. Deloise Stanley McGlamery, 73, of Lewisville passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Kate B Reynolds Hospice Home. Mrs. McGlamery was born in Forsyth County on June 25, 1937 to Charlie Lee Stanley, Sr. and Rebecca Jane Spicer Stanley. Mrs. McGlamery was well known in the community for her cooking and volunteer work. Mrs. McGlamery was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Clyde Doughton McGlamery, one daughter Kay McGlamery of Winston-Salem, three sons; Michael McGlamery and wife Cindy of King, Shannon McGlamery and wife Stacy of Troutman and Tim McGlamery of Midway, five grandchildren; Wendy Berrier, Clint McGlamery, Ian McGlamery, Colin McGlamery and Megan McGlamery, four sisters; Rose Pierce of Kernersville, Louise Dean of Midway, Dallie Lambeth and Sue Alexander of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00PM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Liberty Grove Baptist Church in North Wilkesboro with Rev. Neil Eller officiating.
