Debra Roxanne Shouse Haigwood

HAIGWOOD - RURAL HALL Ms. Debra ""Roxanne"" Shouse Haigwood, 56, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth County on December 20, 1956 to the late John and Dellian ""Sue"" Shouse. Roxanne worked at Cook Medical Inc. for 15 years. In addition to her parents, Roxanne was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Haigwood. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Haigwood; sister, Teresa Shouse; brother, Tony Shouse; and also, several nieces and a nephew. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with the Rev. R. Sidney Lanier officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park.
