Mrs. Deborah Kay Phillips Livengood, 63, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born August 25, 1954 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Vernon and Eurilla Moss Phillips. Mrs. Livengood was a member of Union Cross Baptist Church and was a 1972 graduate of Parkland High School. She was a past Nurses Aid at Forsyth Medical Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Joe Livengood and her brother, Sammy Phillips, Sr. Survivors include two sons, Wayne Wilkins and wife, Amanda and Shane Wilkins; and three grandchildren, Michelle Wilkins, Marleigh Wilkins and Lainey Wilkins all of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Dr. Kent Kern officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home on Silas Creek Parkway.
