Deborah Jean Watson Holton

Mrs. Deborah Jean Watson Holton, 63, passed away Friday, August 9, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born February 19, 1950 in Forsyth County to James Jorl Watson and Dorothy Butcher Watson. Mrs. Holton was a loving wife, sister, daughter, and aunt. She was an extremely generous person and was always there for everyone. She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Roger Watson. Surviving is her husband of 33 years, Marshall Holton; two sisters, Janice (Mike) Durham, Diane Elledge; sister-in-law, Sandra Watson; two nieces, Staci (Jeff) Foltz, Dawn (Kenny) Arndt; three nephews, Stephen Durham, Michael Watson, and Jesse Watson; three special great nieces and nephews, Emily, MacKenzie, and Allan. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Chaplain Michael Durham officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
