Deborah Curtis

Deborah Nelson Curtis, 65, of Kernersville, NC joined her beloved husband Robert on January 9, 2021 for a heavenly homecoming, in the presence of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Deborah’s life is best marked by her loving and loyal spirit with her unique ability to genuinely share the burdens of the broken hearted. Deborah was a member of Valley View Baptist Church and lived a life that displayed a true joy of giving unto others.  Deborah enjoyed being with family members and loved ones.  Her comforting presence will be dearly missed.

Deborah was preceded in the life after by her husband, Robert Arthur Curtis; father, Mark Eugene Nelson; mother, Nancey Ann Nelson; brother, Richard Eugene Nelson

Left to cherish her memory and celebrate her life are her daughter, Rita Radford and husband William; son, Roman Nelson Sr. and wife Kimberly; two brothers, Mark Patrick (Diane) Nelson; David Andrew Nelson; several grandchildren; Paige Radford, Lacey Radford, Alex Scarpetti, Roman Nelson Jr., Mark Nelson, Emily Radford and 1 great grandchild; James Radford.

A memorial service will be conducted in her honor 2:00PM Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Valley View Baptist Church, 6240 Old Valley School Rd. Kernersville, NC 27284 with Pastor Jeff Broadstreet officiating.
