Mrs. Deborah Ann Torrey Haynes, 64, passed away November 16, 2021, at Trellis Supportive Care. She was born April 28, 1957, in New York to the late Merritt Edward Torrey and Rita Janet Joyce Torrey. Deborah Served in the United States Army as a chaplain assistant. She continued her service as a Federal Employee for 16 years. Deborah was a devoted Walt Disney fan and never lost her belief in the “magic of Disney.”  She was a loving and devoted wife, sister, and aunt, and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Torrey. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Robert Steven Haynes; sister, Donna Fellows, and husband Dale; brother, Russell Torrey; sister-in-law, Kathy Witzorreck, four nieces and one grandniece. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Bro. David Abernethy officiating. Interment will follow at Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:45 PM until 1:45 PM at the funeral home.
