David Ray Williams

Mr. David Ray Williams, 63, of Clemmons passed away, after an extended illness, on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Mr. Williams was born in Forsyth County on August 10, 1948 to Paul and Leona Pulliam Williams. He was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Tommie Williams; two children, Ashlie Slominski of Graham and Brian Williams of Burlington; a sister, Nancy Hughes of Winston-Salem; and three grandchildren, Freddy, Saylor, and Harrison Slominski. A memorial service will be conducted 6:00 pm Monday, August 15, 2011 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Steve Martin officiating.
