David Binkley Spach, 84, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at his home. He was born in Forsyth County on February 13, 1938 to the late Thurmond Lee and Ruth Binkley Spach. Mr. Spach graduated from R.J. Reynolds High School where he lettered in football and baseball. He was a dedicated insurance agent throughout his career helping many clients around the Forsyth County area. Mr. Spach was an avid outdoorsman, but most importantly he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Preceding him in death was a granddaughter, Sarah Faith Spach; two brothers, Thurmond “Budd” Spach and Jim Spach and a sister, Anne Baker. Surviving is his wife, Diane Spach; two sons, Tim Spach (Janet) of Jacksonville, Florida and Chris Spach (Christy) of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren, Grant Spach, Julia Spach, Caroline Spach, Emma-Grace Spach, and Rachel Spach; step-son, Jason Lineback; step-daughter, Mandy Lineback and a step-grandson, Kevin Lineback. A service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hunt of A Lifetime Foundation, serving terminally ill children ( www.huntofalifetime.org ) P.O.
