David Ransom Mabe

David Ransom Mabe, 74, of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. 

Mr. Mabe was born May 20, 1950, in Forsyth County, to Maston Lee Mabe and Ruth Ransom Mabe. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Maston Lee Mabe Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Barbara Harper Mabe; one son, Aaron Matthew Mabe; two daughters, Deanna Mabe Dillard (Tony), and Jen Mabe Rosso (Nick); one sister, Anne Mabe Templeton; two grandchildren, Sierra and Keyton; two nephews, Nathan Templeton and Joseph Mabe; and two nieces, Tina Westergren and Melissa Hamilton. 

A memorial service will be held 3 PM Sunday, March 9, 2025, at West Side Baptist Church. We encourage you to drive your classic muscle or modern project car as a tribute to the man who loved them so dearly.
