Mr. David Vernon Ingram, Sr., 63, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Forsyth County on February 8, 1953 the son of Pattie Boles Ingram and Vernon Junior Ingram. David was the owner/operator of Ingram's Exxon and Wrecker Service. He was an avid NASCAR fan. David loved his family and his two canines, Gizmo and Dusty. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. David was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Ingram and a nephew, Brandon Ingram. In addition to his parents, David is survived by his two children, Felicia Rominger (Tommy) and DJ Ingram (Tika); two granddaughters, Kayla and Kelsea Ingram; one brother, Stanley Ingram; nephew, Cameron Ingram; niece, Tiffany Ingram; and a host of extended family. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Jim Springer, Minister officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, February 20 at the funeral home.
