Darrell Wesley Miller

Mr. Darrell Wesley Miller, 70, died on August 4, 2016, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Darrell was born in Davidson County on October 4, 1945, to Ollieree Byerly and Lacy Jacob Miller. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Lacy, Jr., Raymond, and Harold. Surviving are one daughter, Summer Goodman (husband Doug Goodman); Grandchild, Allie Goodman, one brother Clifton Miller (wife Rhonda); one sister, Rosemary Smith; and step-children, Stacey, Scott, and Lori; A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday August 7, 2016, at Midway United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on August 6, 2016, from 6:00-8:00pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
