Mr. Daric Erving Beiter, 37, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011. He was born April 1, 1974 in Homer, New York to David Beiter and Della Beiter. Daric had undergraduate work at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and later had graduate work at SUNY in Oswego, New York. Mr. Beiter taught U.S. History at Davie High School in Mocksville where he was a cross country and track & field coach. He was friends of Hillsdale United Methodist Church. Daric was a loving husband, brother, son, and friend to all who knew him. Preceding him in death was his mother, Della Beiter. Surviving are his wife, Michelle Robertson Beiter of Advance; father, David Beiter of Cape Coral, Florida; brother, David Beiter and wife Raelyn of Homer, New York; sister, Darea Winters and husband, Michael of Blairsville, Georgia; nieces, Sarah, Elisabeth, Delaney, and Delilah; nephews, Daniel and Banyan; sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Kim Beauchamp of Advance and his father and mother-in-law, Richard and Ann Robertson of Advance. A funeral service will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Hillsdale United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Webb and Rev. Joel Boyles officiating. Burial will follow at Bixby Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
