Danny Blane Winters

Mr. Danny Blane Winters, 56, of Clemmons, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 in Myrtle Beach, SC. He was born February 12, 1960 in Davie County and was employed with UPS. Surviving are his wife, Rhonda Garrett Winters; three sons, Justin Winters and his wife Candace, Kyle Winters and his wife Natalie and Shane Winters; stepdaughter, Jessica Turner; five grandchildren Christian Cooper, Logan Winters, Eden Winters, Arden Winters, and Joey Winters; his parents, Jacqueline Wagner Winters and Bobby Greene Winters; one sister, Marilynn Kistler and her husband Richard, and one brother, Brent Winters and his wife Melissa; and many nephews, all who loved him very much. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Center Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Clarence Huie and his nephew, Rev. Seth Brown officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. and following the service on Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the youth baseball organization of your choice. Danny loved all sports, but baseball held a special place in his heart. The baseball family of the Triad will forever remember his contributions to the game.
