Danny Parks Simmons, Jr.

SIMMONS Danny Parks Simmons, Jr., 37, of Winston-Salem, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011. He was born August 15, 1973 in Fort Worth, TX to Danny Parks Simmons, Sr. and Glenda Faye Thompson. Danny was employed with New Age Painting. He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and loved playing jokes on everybody. He enjoyed life to the fullest. Surviving are his loving wife, Teresa R. Simmons of the home; two children, Amber and David Hill; three grandchildren, Tonili, Lolo and Izzy; the angel of his life, Brenda Rominger and the father of his heart, Larry Rominger, Sr.; Annette Pratt, Debbie and Dale Blakley, Cortney and Bri Rominger, Charles and Regina Rominger, Sherry Breedlove Heath; sisters and brothers-in-law, Aimee Worley and Steve Young, Christy and Eddie Delaney; mother, Glenda Little and stepfather, Jimmie Little; and several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday, June 30th at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
