Danny Ray Faircloth

Mr. Danny Ray Faircloth, 69, passed away on November 30, 2023, at his home in Winston-Salem. He was born on July 6, 1954, in Forsyth County to the late Wesley Eugene Faircloth and Martha Ragsdale Faircloth. Danny loved riding motorcycles with David and his riding buddies. He had a boat and spent many hours fishing. Danny had a knack for working on cars and he and his dad restored and repaired many. He was an avid Nascar fan and never missed watching a race with his special Nascar buddy, Danny Martin. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by a sister, “Cricket”, a brother, Gene, and a nephew, Jon. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Doris Faircloth, a daughter, Deloris Faircloth and her significant other, Sandy Bowman, a sister, Sherry Wiles (Vonce) and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday December 5, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Pastor Gary Styers officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday December 4, 2023 at the funeral home.
