Daniel Webster Martin

WALKERTOWN - Mr. Daniel Webster Martin went home to be with his Lord, Friday, March 22, 2013 at the age of 28. Daniel was born on April 30, 1984 in Forsyth County to Paul Anthony and Patricia Patat Martin. His passion was cooking and he dreamed of becoming a certified chef. Daniel was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Daniel Webster Patat and P. B. Martin; and one aunt, Paula Martin. Surviving are his parents, Paul 'Tony', Sr. and Patricia; two brothers, Paul Anthony Martin, Jr. and Joshua Wayne Martin, of the home; grandmothers, Jean Patat and Rebecca 'Becky' Martin; two aunts, Deborah Patat and Barbara Hardin; a special nephew, Asher Jacob Martin; and a close friend, Chris Simmons. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, March 28, at Edgewood Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Hogan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
