Lewisville - Miss Dana Ann Hicks, 45, of Lewisville, died Friday, November 14,2014, at her home. She was born February 16, 1969 in Forsyth County to Charles Edward and Ann Ketner Hicks. Dana had a very sweet disposition and a strong Christian faith. She was a member of Harmony Grove United Methodist Church. She cared about everyone and always prayed for those in need. People were always asking her to pray for them. Dana was a special angel to not only her family, but everyone who came in contact with her.
Surviving are her parents; three uncles, Ken ""Bud"" Ketner (Yvonne), Larry Hicks, and C.G. Hicks Jr. (Allison); special friends, Leon and Ruth Chappell and family.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 17, 2014, at Harmony Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Freeman and Rev. Ken Eller officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday, November 18th, at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel.
