Dale Butner Maytag" Maynard

MAYNARD Mr. Dale Butner ""Maytag"" Maynard, 63, of Tobaccoville died Friday, October 22, 2010 at his home. He was born June 9, 1947 in Forsyth County, the son of the late, John Henry and Vera Butner Maynard. Mr. Maynard was the owner and operator of Country Club Pawn Shop in Winston-Salem. He loved hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Martha Maynard of the home; one son, Cody Maynard and fianc郩e, Whitney Clifton of Tobaccoville; one brother, David Maynard and wife, Berita of Clemmons; and three nephews. A graveside service will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 PM at Clemmons Moravian Church Graveyard.
