Cynthia Ann Beck Martin

Mrs. Cynthia Ann Beck Martin, 55, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home after a brief illness. Mrs. Martin was born in Davidson County on June 13, 1957 to James Vernon and Helen Whitlock Beck. She married Jerry W. Martin and moved to Winston-Salem, NC, where they raised three sons. Mrs. Martin loved to cook and go to baseball games. She truly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a past board member of the Southside Little League Board of Directors. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jerry Wayne Martin, Sr.; three sons, Jerry Wayne Martin, Jr.; Travis James Martin and Tabitha; and Bradley Aaron Martin; a step-son, Chris Berrier; a sister, Brenda Beck Clary; three grandchildren, Taehlyn Grey Martin, Tucker James Martin, and Jacob Ashton Martin; and her mother-in-law, Mary T.
