Crystal Owings Watson

Mrs. Crystal Owings Watson, 57, of Clemmons, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She was born October 28, 1957 in Mecklenburg County to Janice Allison Owings and James Randall Owings. Mrs. Watson was a loving wife, mother and daughter who had a smile that would light up a room. She was a kind hearted and cheerful person who was a joy to be around and will be missed by many. Surviving are her husband, Wes Watson; one daughter, Brooke Watson; three stepchildren, Bryan Watson (Phyllis), Tonya Livengood (Tim) and Ryan Watson; her parents, James and Janice Owings; one sister, Alyson Needham (Barry); one brother, Randy Owings (Penny); a niece and her children, Alex Needham, Jack and Luke. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Westlawn Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel in Clemmons.
