Crystal Dawn Church

Crystal Dawn Church, 29, passed away October 22, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born January 10, 1983 to Sandra Brannock and Gregory Charles Church in Forsyth County. Crystal attended Ledford High School. She was a great mother with a good heart and she loved to work. Crystal enjoyed the outdoors, going camping, and attending music festivals. She was preceded in death by her father, Gregory Church and grandmother, Jean Brannock. Surviving are fiancé, Justin Parker; two sons, Brantly Stewart and Blake Parker; mother, Sandra Cuellar; two brothers, Travis Church and Brandon Church; grandfather, Daniel Brannock; two uncles, Mark Brannock and fiancée Yvonne Woollen, Tim Brannock; aunt, Jenea Triplett. A memorial service will held 2:00PM Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Joanne Henley at Forsyth Cancer Center officiating.
