Clifford Keith Routh

Clifford ‘Keith' Routh, a native of Kernersville, passed away while vacationing with friends at Tortola in the British Virgin Islands on February 2, 2013. A family service was held Monday evening at Sedge Garden United Methodist Church. There will be a celebration of Keith's life on Saturday March 2, 2013 from 1-5 PM at Woodland Hall at Triad Park in Colfax. Keith is survived by 2 children, Joshua Young of Denver, Colorado and Bay Routh of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by his parents Mike and Sue Routh of Kernersville and one sister, Karen Wood (husband Jeff) of Advance, one nephew Graham Wood and five step nieces & nephews, several aunts, uncles, cousins - and a dear ""cousin"" Scott Thrower. Keith especially loved the beach, fishing, music, and traveling as well as spending quality time with his family and friends. Keith was talented at keeping commercial aircraft flying and worked for GE Aviation in Charleston SC as a field support technician. Keith's career took him all over this country and around the world, including Africa, Dubai, Singapore and China. Keith was a 1983 graduate of East Forsyth High School and graduated in 1985 from Piedmont Aerospace Institute. The family would like to thank our friends for the support they have given us through this difficult time. Keith will truly be missed by all and will never be forgotten.
