Cleo Frazier Collins

Mrs. Cleo Frazier Collins passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Springwood Healthcare Center. She was born June 29, 1920 in Wilkes County to the late Ella Garnet Church Frazier and David Alfred Frazier.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Collins was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Collins; son, Chuck Collins; three sisters: Roxie Church, Etta Church, and Virginia Triplett; and brother, Marvin Frazier.

Surviving are her daughter, Susan Collins of Cumming, GA; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Gladys Burchette, Goldie Goulds, and Marie Donnell; daughter-in-law, Tyona Collins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
